POINT LOMA -; A man who was found dead of a head wound near North Harbor Drive and Nimitz Boulevard on Jan. 19 has been identified as Darrin Steven Joseph, authorities said. A passer-by found the 45-year-old man's body lying amid some bushes in a parking lot at the entrance to the Marine Fisheries Center.
